#112 program GUI process fail to load and write dumps

    Reproduction steps:

    After I got bsod caused by klhk, I found my avp GUI can not load. 

    Actual result:

    There is no way to open avpui and dumps are write

    Expected Result:

    GUI loaded without error at OS srart up or manual open kaspersky

    Windows10 RS4 17134.112 x64

    KTS19.0.0.1088(b)

     Now I am unable to use kasersky from GUI. However, avp service is functoning normally, it fight malware in background and start with OS. I just can not open avp GUI.

    Maybe it is caused by previously BSOD, for unknown reason some key file or registry are damaged.

    Here are dumps, unluckly traces are not enabled when it happened and now I can not enable it without GUI.

    I am willing to help, but It only happened once after I treid to reproduce the bsod several times.

    After the bsod already fixed, I can not reproduce it. Now patch B running fine in my environment.
