    Windows 10 Pro Build 17134 EN All update KTS 20.0.0.318 Application Verifier and Driver Verifier OFF

    Reproduction steps:

    1. Disable Self-Defense.
    2. Unloaded products.
    3. Delete folder bases.
    4. Run product.
    5. Run update with source http://dnl-test.kaspersky-labs.com/test/ap

    Actual result:

    Run product create damps after appeared error 2789474320.

    Expected Result:

    Products start up normal mode.
